Our website request form collects your name, phone number, optional email address, service address, service requested, problem or project description, preferred appointment date, request priority, and permission to contact you. Please do not submit payment card information, identification documents, medical information, or other sensitive records.
Hosting and form providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, request time, and security signals to operate and protect their services.
How We Use Information
We use your information to respond to requests, confirm service coverage, discuss your needs, prepare estimates, arrange appointments, and maintain related business records. A requested date is not a confirmed appointment. Submitting a request does not enroll you in promotional email or text messages.
Service Providers and Sharing
The website will be hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Formspree processes submissions, provides default spam protection, and sends inquiry notifications to our business Gmail account, provided by Google. Their services may process information in the United States or other countries under their privacy policies.
We share information with providers and authorized personnel as needed to operate the website and respond to your inquiry, and when required by law. If a specialty contractor needs your contact information to assist with a project, we will explain that sharing before passing along your details. We do not sell inquiry information or share it for targeted advertising.

How Long We Keep Information
Inactive inquiries that never become customers are reviewed for deletion after 12 months. Customer records, invoices, warranty documentation, and accounting records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary or legally required. Service providers maintain their own retention, backup, and security practices. Deleting an inquiry from our mailbox does not necessarily delete provider copies.
Cookies and Other Websites
Our website does not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics. Hosting, submission, and spam protection services may use cookies or similar technology. Submitting a form may take you to Formspree for verification and confirmation. External review and educational links take you to sites with their own privacy practices.
Security and Your Choices
Access to customer information is restricted to authorized personnel. Zac Pittman, owner of Small Town Comfort, LLC, oversees customer information management and responses to legitimate deletion requests. We use reasonable safeguards to protect inquiry information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. You can call instead of using the form.
